Be a powerful tool in our recognition that man and God are One, that there is no separation. The 'I' is the Divine Principle behind all creation. Being emanates from the Divine Principle is identical to it.
The most effective way to use this mantram is to say or think the text will focus, while maintaining focus on the Ajna center between the eyebrows.
