The litigation in the suit that Carmen Aristegui might seek to defend their right to the company that is undermining the good performance of their work and freedom of expression that will require such performance is perfectly clear and sustained by the Constitution Mexicana, moreover, to defend the work which is fired and their employers say due to the missing journalist "to the code of ethics" that the company maintains. Something in itself, highly debatable.
MVS could also make use of a legal right to defend the grant that today holds that it is said, would be up for renewal and that is why submission to pressure from the presidency of the republic to require the departure of the reporter above.
